ELI's Online Data Search System for student data collected through the various course offerings of the ELI, which is part of the University of Pittsburgh.
- TalkBank
TalkBank is an interdisciplinary research project funded since 1999 with the broad goal of fostering "fundamental research in the study of human and animal communication". The TalkBank database contains transcript and media data collected from conversations with adults and older children. Publicly available tools for the creation and analysis of TalkBank data are also hosted on their site.

Data Mining Competitions
- KDD Cup 2010: The Educational Data Mining Challenge
Hosted by the PSLC and DataShop, the 2010 challenge asked participants to predict student performance on mathematical problems from logs of student interaction with intelligent tutoring systems. A few large datasets, including one with over 20 million student-steps, are available for download from the site.
